Villa Petra is a beautiful apartment block situated in the tranquil district of Banjol, just 200 meters from the center of Rab and the stunning Adriatic Sea. This vacation rental offers a well-kept garden with a lawn, a heated swimming pool (8 x 4 meters, depth 120 - 160 cm, available seasonally from May 13th to September 30th), an outdoor shower, garden furniture, and a barbecue area for your enjoyment. Additionally, the property provides internet access, parking facilities, and an installment plan option for your convenience.

Immerse yourself in the serene outdoor spaces of this holiday rental. The fenced property boasts a well-maintained garden with lush lawns, perfect for relaxing or enjoying a picnic. The living/dining room area covers 25 square meters and includes a double sofabed measuring 145 cm wide and 195 cm long, a satellite TV, and air conditioning. This room provides access to a balcony. There is also a separate room with a double bed measuring 160 cm wide and 200 cm long, which also has an exit leading to the balcony. The open kitchen is equipped with 4 hot plates, a microwave, and a freezer.
