Quinn Canyon Wilderness Area Vacation Packages

We very much enjoyed this experience. The room was very clean, check in was a breeze, and parking was VERY convenient. The room was quiet, the AC worked quite well, and my wife and I enjoyed the creative setup. Very roomy, very comfortable.

This used to be one of the coolest places to stay in town. The layout of the hotel and pools is awesome, along with the restaurant and business rooms. Here is kind of where it stands now: The Good: The front desk assoc was friendly and helpful. The Pool was well-kept and great temperature (a lot of fun!). The hotel grounds were free of clutter. The breakfast...well, it was just ok. The Bad: We went around to our room and discovered that 2 of the different outside doors were broken...meaning that anyone could just walk in. The room itself had been cleaned, but was in shoddy shape. The beds and linens were worn out. The curtain lets in a ton of light during the night. The AC was loud and squeaky, making it a bit difficult to sleep, but we couldn't turn it off because it was 109 when we checked in. The bathroom sink drained very slowly as if it was semi-clogged. Also, they charged for waters, but they were warm. Ultimately, these are things that could improve if they would just invest in the quality of the hotel. I think it could be restored to something special like it once was.

We stayed at the Pinyon. Pro: The location was great. Walking distance to supermarket, restaurants and the springdale shuttle stop. A/C was great at such a hot day. This was a hot tub right at back of this unit but we didnt get to use it. We got to check in early which was nice. Good communication via email. We got more than enough towels to use. Con: Random noise throughout the day and that made the sleep less pleasant. K cup machine was broken and we didn't get a replacement even though we requested. Only 1 tv, out of 3 tv's, would work at a time. The accessible bathroom shower area did not have a curtain to prevent from splashing. Would be nice to have a curtain at least. Counter top for sink was too high. There was no step stool in the unit for young kids.

The property was clean and spacious. The unit # is actually the address. It can be confusing with the street address.
