Quilotoa Tours and Activities

The first night was terrible, I got a room with a terrible smell I got a bad headache, therefore I requested to change my room. The gentleman who worked at night was very friendly and helpful. I got an upgraded room for the same price. The lady who worked during the day (Karla) was very friendly and helped us referring good restaurants near the hotel and things to do in Quito.

Great place to stay. Very accommodating

I cannot recommend this hotel enough. We LOVED everything about it!! It is a charming and cute boutique hotel, so warm and inviting. The location was nice as it was so close to many great restaurants, many of the main sites in the city and near the pickup spots for the tours that we took. The breakfast was outstanding with eggs and fresh fruit with beautiful views of the city from the breakfast room. But by far the best part of our stay was the incredible staff. We have never had such personalized service from any other place that we have ever stayed. The attention and consideration from the staff have spoiled us from this point on as I sincerely doubt any other place will show their guests as much sincere appreciation and care as they did. If you are traveling to Quito, stay here!!! You will not be disappointed!!
