This 4-bedroom home, plus a bonus room with bunk beds, features 2.5 baths and is nestled on a quiet street in the northern section of Fripp Island, directly across from the scenic Audubon Trail. Start your morning with the sounds of nature from the screened-in porch, fire up the grill on the rear deck or patio, and enjoy the fresh coastal breeze. When you need a break from the sun, the home is stocked with plenty of family-friendly games to keep everyone entertained. Each bedroom, as well as the family room, is equipped with a smart TV, allowing you to log into your favorite streaming services. The bunk room even includes a retro gaming system. For those who need to mix work with relaxation, the owner's suite includes a dedicated workspace. Explore the island in style with the included four-seater golf cart, perfect for cruising to the beach, marina, or local dining spots. The two-car garage is stocked with outdoor fun, including bocce ball, ladder golf, cornhole, eight beach chairs, two coolers and boogie boards, plus an outdoor shower for a refreshing rinse after a day in the sand. Fripp Island is a nature lover’s paradise, home to a diverse array of wildlife, including friendly deer, playful dolphins, and a variety of coastal birds. Take a peaceful walk along the Audubon Trail or simply relax and soak in the island’s laid-back atmosphere. Whether you're seeking adventure or just looking to unwind, Seas the Day is the perfect getaway for making unforgettable memories. PETS MUST BE PREAPPROVED. You will be asked to sign a pet agreement and pay a non refundable $150 pet fee for the first pet and $75 for a 2nd pet. An additional $300 will be charged for guests that show up with a dog without approval. Club cards are required to enjoy any of the Fripp Island Resort amenities and they are available for purchase with this property. If you opt to purchase cards, a new 12.8% resort fee based on the rental amount before taxes, cleaning and other fees will be charged in addition to the cost of the individual Club cards. Pets - allowed If this property offers club cards for access to Fripp Island Resort amenities, a new 12.8% of the total rent resort fee will be charged in addition to the cost of the individual club cards.
