The service was decent, and the staff were polite. However, the biggest issues were the noise and how hard it was to find the place. It was convenient that there were cups, plates, cutlery, a microwave, and even a refrigerator. There was an iron and ironing board, but no hangers. There was a Nestle coffee machine, so I was able to relax in the room. The shower had good water pressure and was always hot, which was nice. However, the bathroom was smelly and had a sewage smell. I stayed for multiple nights, but there was no towel change or trash disposal. I am positive I left them there. The lady who manages was quite aggressive and defensive when I asked about them. Talked to the security manager and the funny/worst is that out of the 14 cameras in the property apparently 10 of them don't work "and have not worked for some time". I just wanted to see the smile of the person who found my pouch with my passports and money. Interesting that a chain of this size can't fix their security cameras. I offered a reward for my documents and no questions asked, they could keep my money. Didn't get anything back.
