This gem is situated just minutes away from downtown Quepos, the white sand beaches of the Manuel Antonio National Park, and the new world-class Marina Pez Vela. The quality of the building materials and the detailed workmanship of Kiskadee Casa is exquisite. Imported Italian tiles, wooden French doors with ornate stained glass panels leading to the master bedroom, a spacious, elegant master bathroom, and the local hardwood finishes are just a few of the incredible features. Because of its location at the end of the cul-de-sac, the house enjoys privacy, as well as safety, with 24 hour security. The three comfortable bedrooms can easily accommodate 4 - 6 residents. The monkeys greeted us our first day and sent us off our morning we left. Only challenges are: I do think it should be stated in the description that 1 bedroom/1bathroom is located downstairs with a separate entrance. It is not part of the general living area so that was unexpected to have someone have to go outside and downstairs to go to their room. The property manager, Johna, was wonderful and super responsive. We loved having coffee on the balcony and swimming in the very private pool. The house is a very private and surrounded by the jungle which we got to see monkeys, toucans, parrots, iguanas and more. The pool was a very welcome addition to relax and cool off. The residence is a beautiful spot, well suited to multiple couples or small families. With a great pool and a short drive or walk from the town and many perfect beaches. The owner and caretaker were responsive. Lots of wildlife and privacy. Close to the national park. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. The place was clean and located in an amazing location, literally nestled in the forest. We had an opportunity to see many animals, especially a whole troop of squirrel monkeys that came through the trees and on our porch in the afternoon. We were looking for a place with some privacy that was among the jungle. Family enjoyed swimming in the pool while monkeys and other wildlife were in the trees above. Loved all the windows to see out in to the trees. The owner was great to deal with and went the extra mile to resolve a payment issue. Check in/out was very easy, and there was a very fast response to any questions I had throughout the stay. I don't think you can beat the views, we had breakfast on the porch every morning and just enjoyed looking out into the jungle/valley. It is in a very convenient location which made getting to the various actives we booked pretty easily. Most were under a half hour drive. Its only 5-10 mins to some shops for groceries, restaurants and souvenirs. The pool was very relaxing and nice to get into after getting back from the days adventure. I would highly recommend this to anyone looking to say in the Manual Antonio/Quepos area. ##### Mike T.
