Spacious 1600 square foot apartment newly renovated. We are located in the Montcalm district boarded by the Plaines of Abraham. Montcalm is part of a secure and quiet environment ideally located to explore our gorgeous city. Popular and animated Cartier and Grande-Allée streets are situated near by. The old city and its famous Petit Champlain are a few minutes away. The apartment is fully equipped with refrigerator, oven, micro wave, dishwasher, laundry cleaner and dryer. There is tree rooms. One room comes with a queen size bed, one with a king size and one with a bunk bed that sleeps 2 persons. You can also sleep 2 other people on the sofa bed. There is an espresso coffee machine, a dinner table and a 56'' flat screen TV. High speed Wi-Fi and NetFlix are included. You will be impressed by the quality of the equipment. Francois was an wonderful host who was very responsive and went out of his way to make our time in Quebec City well spent, helping us navigate a city wide music festival we were not even aware of before arriving (He even shared passes for us to attend the festival one evening). The apt, itself, was as it appears in the photos, with comfy beds, a kitchen full of every gadget needed and plenty of street parking. It was very peaceful. City buses stop a short walk away with a short ride the old city. àVélo bike stations are also a short walk away as well. The place was just as advertised, check in was simple, and communication with the owner was very good. It is a couple of kilometers from Old Quebec with easy access to bus routes but would be walkable as well. All in all, a great experience. ##### Matt S.
