Le condo est climatisé et localisé au 6e étage. L'immeuble a été construit en 2022\. Il comprend un ascenseur, une salle de gym, un espace lounge. Le stationnement est inclus. À partir du début mai, vous profiterez de la terrasse sur le toit au 12e étage avec une vue impressionante de la ville, une piscine (fermeture le 1er novembre), des espaces de détente, un foyer et des barbecues à votre disposition. Lit de taille king dans la chambre des maîtres et queen dans la seconde chambre. Divan-lit également de taille queen. Il a été choisi pour son confort supérieur. Laveuse-sécheuse dans l'appartement. plafonds de 9 pieds, comptoirs de cuisine en quartz, cuisine parfaitement équipée comprenant lave-vaisselle et cafétière à filtre ainsi qu'une machine Nespresso, air climatisé, Netflix et Prime video et quelques attentions pour votre plus grand confort! Propriétaires disponibles, insonorisation supérieure, service impeccable et entretien professionnel. À distance de marche de la rue St-Joseph, des restaurants, cafés, épicerie (moins de 1 minute), boulangerie et des bars du très branché quartier St-Roch. Le site web walkscore accorde 96 à l'emplacement du condo! It is spacious and well-furnished, and located in a modern building with a number of amenities. The location is terrific — an easy walk to the old city, with lots of restaurants and plenty long nearby. Our only issue was that the apartment had not been cleaned when we arrived, but the host had it taken care of immediately. The host was incredibly responsive, and made sure that this one issue had no impact on an otherwise very positive experience. ##### Jonathan C. Alexandre was a great host and communicated in a timely manner. The condo is located in St Roch which is a short walk (uphill over a long set of stairs to the escarpment), to the walls of Old Quebec. It is a 1.7km walk to Château Frontenac. St Roch is a growing area and we felt self. Some nice restaurants and bars and a gin distillery in area. The condo is one of the best equipped I have stayed in with all the amenities you need. It is a very well cared for building with many VRBOs . We came in winter so parking ( underground 2 blocks away) was included. Beds are super comfortable with a King in one room and.a Queen in the other and a comfortable pull out sofa in LR. Keurig coffeemaker and regular coffee (drip) pot. Blackout curtains in all rooms were appreciated as it is in a well lit area. The grocery store is 2 blocks away(turn right and cross street and go past Desjardins building and look for the Metro on next corner. Full size grocery store (and liquor). Washer and dryer to use. Dishwasher. Well stocked cupboards and a great selection of pots and pans to use. Would highly recommend and have no hesitation booking again Oh and the German Markets were amazing ! A few improvements would be appreciated by future guests: 1) Include the underground parking in the rental year round, not just in the summer. 2) Washing machine smelled horrible and towels had a musty smell as a result. Washer needs a thorough cleaning and the door needs to be left open after use to prevent future smells. 3) Offer some nice hangars in the closets, the old bent up metal ones are laughable. 4) Tableware was a mis match of utensils. Reminded me of college. 5) Add a soap tray in shower so renters don't have to put their soap on the show pan (floor). Overall, unit is clean, beds are comfortable, etc. but provisions were sparse. ##### Tony S. With several extra family members on this trip, we look for a 2 bedroom rental. Worked perfectly. Metro grocery store 200 meters away. Plenty of restaurants walking distance as was old town. We used Uber to avoid the walk to Old town....worked perfectly and we did not have to deal with parking in the tourist areas. ##### Tom B. Very clean, spacious, good cooking facilities- needs teaspoons. Rooftop pool/area a plus, though not in the rain we had. Enjoyed on last day when sun came out.
