Due to issues with my e.mail, arrangements had been made in advance, to ring on arrival to receive the entry instructions by phone call or text. However, on arriving at the location, straight from the airport, there was no-one manning the phone which, just went straight to a recorded message so, alternative last minute accommodation had to be sourced. Not helpful. The actual accommodation and its convenient location made for a great experience, once eventually in. I would definitely look to stay at this location again, on a future visit to Québec City. ##### Paul C.
