I have pictures of paper towel before cleaning and after ,,,getting black -very dirty corners and joints in the bathroom -all the air vents where filthy and had not been cleaned in months. etc etc 18 hours ago I understand that it was after spring break and you were probably busy but you did take the reservation and got paid for it ... therefore the place should have been cleaned. some things are beyond fixing, just need a total revamp in the bathrooms (at least the 602 one). ah! I do not remember the last time I had a hotel bathroom that did not have a fan...the mirror was foggy for 30 minutes after a short shower Really not impressed and you came recommended by people that had been years ago. obviously all went down the drain after.
