### El Chico - Rooftop Pool

Welcome to "El Chico," a condo located in the beautiful Saint-Roch neighborhood, on the 7th floor of a brand new building! Just 2 km from Old Quebec and the Plains of Abraham, "El Chico" offers a fully equipped condo with air conditioning and two bedrooms. You will also have access to a rooftop terrace equipped with a BBQ and a pool. Enjoy a king-size bed, a queen-size bed, and a sofa bed, accommodating up to 6 guests. A gym and lounge area are accessible at all times.  
  
Access to the condo is autonomous, and all communication will be conducted via Airbnb's electronic messaging. We are fully available to answer any questions you may have.  
  
Just a 15-minute walk from Old Quebec, the Saint-Roch neighborhood is bustling with a wide variety of shops, restaurants, and trendy bars. With its modern style, refreshing green spaces, and proximity to tourist attractions, Saint-Roch is the perfect place to enjoy the unique charm of Quebec City!  
  
You can easily get around Quebec City on foot, by public transport, or by car.  
  
You'll find plenty of tourist information in the condo!

Such a lovely place to stay!! Roof top pool with beautiful view. Very clean and well stocked condo. Very comfortable and good value. Owner responded quickly to my questions prior to stay (places to eat, etc.)Good location. Hop On/Hop Off stop very close. Would live to visit again!!

Very comfortable apartment on edge of trendy neighborhood. We loved the beds, kitchen, laundry and rooftop pool! We didn’t love the parking situation or navigating the homeless population but it wouldn’t prevent me from booking this spot on our next visit.

Rooftop pool was under repair for duration. Location was about a 20-25 minute up hill walk from Old Montreal restaurant area. Other decent restaurant and bar choices within 10 minute walk and flat in St Roch area. Beds we're very comfortable. Condo very clean, well appointed with supplies. Laundry was nice amenity.
