It was amazing!! Beautifully maintained, quaint, comfortable, and oh so peaceful! The Inn-keeper was lovely and very respectful, but warm and personable. We are looking forward to another trip in the spring!

Stephanie and Brently were warm, welcoming hosts. The breakfast was delicious. The hotel is beautiful - right on the scenic Wicomico river. Lots of birds and flowers. We just can’t say enough about how beautiful and welcoming it was and we look forward to going back.

An amazing place to stay and the breakfast was amazing! The Inn Keepers were great and very welcoming. Would definitely stay here again and want to spend more time!!

I was so delightfully impressed with this place. It’s just an adorable old mansion. I’d say converted into bed breakfast. The innkeepers are an adorable couple. Place is right on the water. It’s gorgeous. I stayed to visit my son at college. It was a tiny bit out of the way but so worth it. Pretty area. I’ll be back no doubt.

The Whitehaven is a unique and beautiful place. Breakfast was delicious and the owners make you feel like you’re at home. The location is amazing ! You can enjoy just seating at the balcony area and watch the sunset or take the ferry to Princess Anne County. Highly recommended! We can’t wait to go back!

It is like going back in time!! The Hotel is a very interesting Landmark!! It is very peaceful!! The Hotel and landscaping is beautiful!! It is off the beaten path however, it is still a perfect location, especially with the ferry ⛴️ service right there!! Everything thing is wonderful regarding what you would want in your accommodation, especially, the staff and their passion for making your stay at the Whitehaven Hotel a memorable one 🌹🌹

Our stay at The Whitehaven was one of the highlights of our trip. Spending the night in a beautifully preserved Victorian room was a truly unique experience. If you enjoy history, old houses, and antique furniture, this place is something special. The house is full of character, and you can feel the care and passion the owners have put into preserving it. The breakfast was excellent and a perfect start to the day. Choosing The Whitehaven as the final stop of our many American road trips before moving back to Finland was a wonderful decision. We couldn’t have imagined a more memorable way to end that chapter. We highly recommend The Whitehaven to anyone looking for something far more personal and memorable than a standard hotel.

Overnight stay in beautiful location.

A lovely B&B in a unique location overlooking the Wicomico river in an old Victorian house that has been lovingly restored. Great hospitality and breakfast with good recommendations of local restaurants. Will hopefully get opportunity to stay again and definitely recommend.

We had a wonderful stay at this charming bed and breakfast. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, making us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. Breakfast was very well prepared and beautifully presented each morning. The location is absolutely stunning and added so much to the overall experience. We truly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and memorable getaway.
