Very close to the main square. Cute little room for a night or two. It was walkable from the train station but not so easy when you’re dragging your luggage behind you due to the cobblestone streets. The foyer of the building isn’t very attractive and needs a major facelift. A little sketchy looking. The room was bright and clean and adequate for our needs. An actual coffee maker would have been nice. They do provide instant and a coffee press but we didn’t care for it. We were able to wash our clothes and dry them which was a bonus. The staff were lovely and very helpful.

A very beautiful and unique stay. The morning breakfast was delivered to our room was incredible. A special recognition to Victor and the young women on the staff who were so friendly and professional.

Beautiful hotel just 10 minutes from the main square. Room was immaculate and spotless. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a great hotel in Krakow

The property is perfectly located in a historic building and square that is lively with people. Beautiful room with a comfortable bed. Peaceful sleep. Only annoyances were a loose toilet seat, and a clogged bathroom vent fan, which was ineffective as a result. Why don’t hotels regularly check these kinds of things? Also, to get into the hotel you must run a gauntlet of restaurants and their touts, including one for this hotel, who try to get you to eat there.
