Vacation Home “Boddenbrise 13” – a compact getaway with your dog and a private sun terrace

Small, modern, and pleasantly uncluttered: “Boddenbrise 13” is a 43 m² half of a vacation home that accommodates up to three guests. With one bedroom, one bathroom, and an open-concept living area, it’s particularly well-suited for couples, solo travellers, or a small family.

Dogs are also welcome, provided you notify us in advance. The private garden, the west-facing terrace, and the natural beach—just about 600 metres away—create the perfect conditions for a vacation together on Rügen’s south coast.

Living in 43 square metres

Built in 2021, this half of the vacation home concentrates all the essentials into a compact livingspace. The living area, dining area, and kitchen are open and interconnected, while the separate bedroom offers a secluded retreat.

The interior design is modern with a Nordic flair. Carefully selected furniture, artwork, and lighting create a harmonious overall look. Floor-to-ceiling windows let in plenty of natural light and open up the living area to the patio and garden.

Cozy living and dining area

The living area features a sofa for relaxing, reading, or watching TV. A flat-screen TV is included. Wi-Fi is available free of charge during your stay.

The dining table has four chairs. There’s plenty of space here for breakfast, shared meals, or a quiet evening.

The open layout makes the living area feel spacious and keeps it directly connected to the kitchen and the outdoor area.

Modern kitchen for self-catering

The open kitchen is equipped with high-quality appliances. A complete set of dishes is stored in the cabinets, making it easy to prepare meals right in the vacation home.

A dishwasher takes care of the cleanup afterward. This leaves more time for the beach, the garden, and excursions in the surrounding area.

The separate bedroom is furnished with a box-spring double bed measuring 1.80 × 2.00 metres. A closet provides storage space for your vacation wardrobe.

There is also a flat-screen TV in the bedroom. This makes the room not only a place to sleep but also a personal retreat.

“Boddenbrise 13” includes a bathroom with a shower and toilet. Towels are provided upon arrival.

The box-spring double bed is already made, so you can begin your stay without any additional preparations.

West-facing terrace with a sunny outdoor area

Through the floor-to-ceiling windows, guests have direct access to their own west-facing terrace. It’s perfect for breakfast, an afternoon break, or a quiet evening in the fresh air.

Garden furniture is provided. The adjacent garden extends the 43 m² half of the vacation home to include a private outdoor seating area.

Vacation with a Dog

One dog is allowed upon prior registration. Walks in the natural surroundings and the short distance to the natural beach offer plenty of opportunities to spend time together outdoors.

The garden is part of the property. A fence is not guaranteed.

Natural beach approximately 600 metres away

It is about 600 metres from the half of the vacation home to a natural beach. The distance can be covered on foot. Beach bags and other items can be transported using the provided handcart.

The Greifswald Bodden is also in the immediate vicinity. The water-rich surroundings are perfect for walks and bike rides, as well as kayaking or stand-up paddleboarding.

A peaceful starting point for exploring Rügen

The Klein Stresow vacation village is located on Rügen’s south coast in a natural setting. After an excursion across the island, guests return to a compact vacation home with its own terrace and garden.

Access to the vacation village is via an unpaved, natural road. Vehicles must travel at walking speed only.

Free Parking Space

A reserved parking space is available for guests’ vehicles. This space can be used free of charge during your stay.

Washer and Dryer in the Main House

“Boddenbrise 13” does not have its own laundry appliances. A washing machine and dryer are available for shared use in the main building.

Both machines are coin-operated.

Charging stations for electric cars

There are a total of three charging stations for electric vehicles in the vacation village. They are shared by vacationers and are not assigned to any specific half of a vacation home.

There is a charge for use. The fee is based on the length of stay. You must bring your own car charging cable.

Travelling by Train

If you’re travelling by train, a shuttle from the Putbus train station to the vacation village can be arranged for a small fee. This allows you to cover the last few kilometres to your accommodations even without your own vehicle.

Café and farm shop in the vacation village

At Café Klein Stresow, which also features a farm shop, guests can enjoy fresh rolls for breakfast, hot and cold beverages, as well as light meals and snacks. Homemade cakes, ice cream, specialty coffees, and regional products round out the selection.

Fireworks-Free New Year’s Eve

The vacation village celebrates New Year’s Eve without fireworks. This means the resort also offers a suitable setting for guests who wish to ring in the New Year without fireworks within the vacation village.
