The hotel location is excellent.The staff really try their best to make the guest comfortable, food from the hotel resturant was testy and reasonably priced, room was thoroughly cleaned, with fresh linen and a tidy washroom.

I don’t know how they got such a high rating. Definitely deceptive. Staff is very friendly and some helpful. Cleanliness I give a 3 at most. Yes floors very kinda clean. But walls are dirty, linen had all kinds of stain. THERE WAS A ROACH! No WiFi in my room. And room service just for chai was slow

Everything was terrible in the hotel. The rooms were stinky, the walls had spit stain, the floor had cockroaches. The hotel didn't even have a handwash in the bathroom, let alone any other facility. The staff was extremely rude and unprepared. The fact that most of the hotel was still under construction is the evidence that this hotel is not fit for hospitality at all, let alone charging so much.

Das schlimmste „Hotel“, das man auswählen könnte - nicht buchen! Außer ihr wollt vom Manager angebrüllt werden, weil ihr eine bestätigte Buchung über Expedia hattet, das Hotel aber überbucht hatte. Dead gesamte Hotel riecht nach Tierkot, ist sehr dreckig, Lichter flackern, Einrichtung ist defekt, die Wände im Aufzug sind vollgespuckt, der Aufzug selbst ist in miserablem Zustand. Es gibt keine funktionierende Klimaanlage und die Fotos auf Expedia sind definitiv aus dem Internet gestohlen…
