Fiquei impactada com o hotel. Simplesmente incrível o quarto. Apenas achei as áreas comuns muito barulhentas.

I booked the Grand Studio Suite with Hot Tub for three nights. Unfortunately, the stay did not live up to the listing or the price. The biggest problem was the private hot tub. When I filled and operated it, a significant amount of dark debris/particulate came into the water. After draining it, the debris was clearly visible throughout the bottom of the tub, so I did not feel comfortable using it. The bidet also did not function properly because the diverter was stuck. There was shampoo/conditioner in the shower but no body soap. When I asked the front desk for body wash, I was given an unidentified liquid in a reused Gatorade bottle with no product label, which I was not comfortable using. The listing indicated parking was included, but parking was on the public street rather than hotel-provided parking. The hotel is also not particularly convenient for walking to a commercial area with a good selection of restaurants, shops and cafés, and there is no beach view. Breakfast was included but was fairly lackluster. The room itself was spacious, but when a room is specifically sold as a “Grand Studio Suite, Hot Tub,” the hot tub should be clean and usable. With the maintenance and amenity issues, I would not stay here again.
