If you are looking for an immaculate, newly remodeled vacation rental with warm weather, sunny skies, and beautiful sunset views overlooking the Burnt Store Marina and Charlotte Harbor, then look no further. This fully equipped, 2 Bedroom, 2 full bath, clean and bright, newly decorated condo is ideally situated within the desirable Harbor Towers 1 at Burnt Store Marina. The gated community of Burnt Store Marina is located 10 nautical miles from the Gulf of Mexico and the famous Boca Grande Pass. This inviting 7th-floor condo is ideal for a small family or 2 couples traveling together. Burnt Store Marina is a gated community that boasts beautiful lush landscaping and surrounds the outstanding Charlotte Harbor. You will look forward to walking/biking along the marina in the morning, all while you watch manatees and fish jump in the serene waters. You can occasionally catch a dolphin or two swimming in the marina. In addition, the screened lanai is the perfect spot for relaxing any time of the day while enjoying the ocean breeze. The condo is tastefully furnished with light and bright decor. You'll find all the essential amenities of home as well, such as air conditioning and an in-unit full-size washer/dryer for your convenience.
