Very clean rooms, friendly staff, family friendly

What is unique about the property is that you're staying inside a living, breathing museum of Asian art! Staff is wonderful, late for breakfast the only day I need to go out early, darn. Western food needs some training but if you stick to the Aaian food, it's good. Rooms are beautiful, needs lighting timers in a few spots. We were walking in the dark.

Very impressed with he concierge service, as well as the room service. The staffs are all extremely friendly, the facilities are all very well kept, finally a global brand hotel with Netflix and YouTube! No more compulsory hotel channels to watch!
