We had a wonderful time on our multi-generational family vacation! The house was as described and the hosts were easy to communicate with and very responsive. The lake view is amazing. Great sunsets, fun on the canoe, and firepit nights were lovely! The house is well equipped with everything you need. The only downside was not being able to check-in until 5 pm. That's a bit later than most and we really didn't want to pay extra to check in earlier. Other than that, our stay was very nice. We had 12 in total with plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms.

Wonderful stay for our family reunion

We had a wonderful week staying in Pullman! We loved kayaking and canoeing out on the lake and watching the sunset every night. The house and property were perfect for what we needed.

We had a wonderful time staying at your home for the weekend with our family! The bedroom situation and plentiful bathrooms worked perfectly!!!! We really appreciated the large farm table for meals and the game room!

Great place to stay.

The house was clean and has everything you need. The check in and check out process was easy. We loved waking up to the beautiful view. The owner was very responsive to any questions and/or concerns. I would definitely come back and stay at this property again. We had such a great time.

Get away with friends

Great property! Loved the layout of the home, living room at each end of the home made for a great place for teens and adults to hang out close by but enjoy space. Pool table was a hit! Lots of seating and good lighting. Beautiful view of the lake!

pullman for the win

excellent property with many queen size beds for adults and rooms for privacy. really loved the game room and separate family room so everyone had space to do what they wanted but also room to gather as a whole group. highly recommend!

Great spot for our family gathering

We had a wonderful gathering with extended family to celebrate Thanksgiving. Several people enjoyed playing pool. There were enoigh beds a d bathrooms for everyone. The long dining room table allowed us all to eat together. We enjoyed playing board games and looking out at the lake. A great place for our time together.

Family Christmas

We had a Christmas get together for extended family from 5 different states. It was perfect. The adults loved the space to sit and visit. The kids loved the game area. The view was beautiful. Definitely going to try to plan to come back.

Annual ladies retreat

Our group of 8 ladies thoroughly enjoyed our 3 night stay at Swan Shores. The house was extremely clean and welcoming, nothing was amiss. The yard was freshly mowed and had periodic pickup of lake geese poo. The lake itself is lovely and very quiet. The local town of Pullman appears to have fallen on hard times and there is nothing of interest to see there; however, it was only 20 minutes to Saugatuck and South Haven for day trip adventures. We plan to come back next year!

Family Weekend.

Plenty of room, so nice to have so many bathrooms. The game room is awesome. Kitchen is plenty big. So nice to have a large table, it was perfect for our group. It is a bit noisy, everything echos to the other side of the house. Your range may need to be addressed. When we used it, it took 3 times longer to get done than normal. But it was fine. The kitchen drawers were not very clean, a lot of crumbs ect. Also, your cookie sheets were dirty. We definitely had a great time, the beds were very comfortable! Thank you!

Great family gathering place

We stayed here for a family gathering of 7 siblings and spouses. We had a great time. The building is designed for and perfect for 7 couples with 7 bedrooms, all with very close access to bathrooms. The house looks new inside and out, well equipped with quality appliances (even has 2 refrigerators which was a big plus), comfortable beds. Having the great room and rec room at opposite ends of the house is a benefit. Everything was spotlessly clean. Yard and small beach was nicely kept, no issues with goose droppings altho we did have to chase them away one morning. They didn't come back. Great view, especially at sunset. A very nice place to stay.

We could not have been more thrilled with our stay at this location and are already planning to return next year! We stayed here for a family trip with 8 adults and 6 kids between the ages of 3-9. The space was PERFECT! The home is clean, organized, and absolutely beautiful. We loved having the private beach in our backyard where our kids could splash around in shallow water and play in the sand. There was plenty of space in the home for us to enjoy meals together and run around and play. The game tables were great for both kids and adults! Beds were super comfy and we had everything we needed. The location is great, about 20 minutes from Saugatuck and South Haven. The fire pit at night was beautiful. This house is a gem- you won’t regret booking it!

Summer 2023

We had a good stay overall. We have been renting different properties for many years now, so we have a lot to compare this to. Every property has pros and cons. So here is the summary: Pros: House had plenty of space for everyone. Multiple bathrooms are a huge plus. The view is wonderful and the area is very quiet and relaxing. The lake is great. Fishing was ok. Game room was used daily and both kids and adults had a great time. Property Manager, Nicole, is very responsive and was there very quickly to address the issues we experienced. She is very friendly and helpful. Cons: The check in time is very late (5pm). When we arrived at 5, the house was not ready. Cleaning person was still there. We did not check in until 6, which did not leave much time to make dinner. The number of rules is overwhelming. While I understand the owner likely had a bad experience at some point, it was a big turn off. Maintenance on the house is lacking. The sliding door was very difficult to close all week. Even adults struggled with it. Eventually, the handle snapped off and we could not use it at all. The bigger problem was bugs. We took pictures and sent them to the owner. They were literally crawling up the wall and even got into some of our food. We had to throw quite a bit of food away. Nicole did come right away and put some poison down to kill them, but a better maintenance program is needed. Several beds were very uncomfortable and noisy. Pillows are super flat

Great family get together!

We had a great stay with extended family. The kids of all ages enjoyed the sandy beach and spending time in the lake. The house was perfectly designed with plenty of seating and a well stocked kitchen.

Wonderful property and just as advertised. We had a large group of 12 with several young kids and all enjoyed swimming, canoing, playing on the beach, firepit, etc. The house having 7 bedrooms made it easy for the entire group to sleep well. The kitchen was very well stocked for such a large group and made it easy to eat onsite. Finally, the proximity to South Haven made it easy to venture out for other activities. I would highly recommend the property!

Floor plan is conducive to large groups. We had 9 children and 8 adults. Easy check in, but not until 5pm. Kitchen was well stocked with utensils, dishes and cookware. Very warm in main living area due to large floor to ceiling windows, some type of window treatment would be very helpful with the sun and heat. Overall we all enjoyed our stay. Mini fridge was very helpful.
