« Great smell of freshness when you walked into the premises followed by very clean appearance throughout. Place had a welcoming feeling when you walked through and everything that was necessary was quickly located. Wonderful position of the bungalow with super windows to enjoy the sea view. Very satisfactory and relaxing break. Thank you for preparing the accommodation to such a high standard. »

« I needed a large house at Bognor Regis for a family reunion. This house ticked all the boxes. A clean house, spacious rooms. provided towels and toiletries and lots more. « Luxurious yet comfortable, had pretty much everything you might need for a lovely staycation (could do with a microwave though for warming things up!). Ideally situated for visiting Sussex’s coastal towns and inland City of Chichester and historic town of Arundel. Beach is a pebble beach, and sadly full of seaweed when we visited so we couldn’t get to the water without getting covered in the stuff, but that can’t be helped. Lovely stay overall! »

« Beautiful property. Perfect for our party of seven attending Goodwood Revival once more. There is nothing to object in general. A few details can be improved: Provide serving trays. Fix outdoor lights. Fix air conditioner. A better cleaning of spider webs inside and out. Second double bed was all broken and mattress would fall into its hole. Provide a Nespresso coffee machine with pods which can be obtained locally. We ran out of them and none in Chichester. No drinking water jugs. No firewood...
