Was a last minute booking and managed to get a room. Its my 2nd time booking with them as it was a wonderful experience previously. The host will send a step by step guide for the keys, unit and everything you need to know, so any users who might be skeptical, rest assured all will be in order and ease of check in process. This was a very comfortable place to stay during our trip to Johor Bahru. The apartment was tidy, the bed was comfortable, and all the basic facilities we needed were available. What impressed us most was the customer service. They responded quickly, explained everything clearly, and were always willing to help. The surrounding area is convenient as well, with lots of restaurants and places to shop nearby. We had a great experience overall and would happily recommend this place to our friends.
