Die 1990 erbaute und 2020 renovierte Villa ist modern eingerichtet. Das Grundstück befindet sich in einem Wohngebiet, am Ortsrand. Auch wegen der sonnigen Lage ist das Domizil beliebt. Zur alleinigen Nutzung stehen zur Verfügung: Sonnenschirm, Sonnenliege, Kinderspielplatz, Schaukel, Gartendusche, Grillmöglichkeit, Terrasse und Gartenmöbel.

Pula, district Šikići. The villa is located on a 300 sqm enclosed garden plot with lawn and shrubs, bordered by a fence. Semi-detached house. 140 cm fence. Access is via a side road. Parking (for 3 cars).
