### Amazing newly-built 4-BR villa with private pool, close to beaches

Modern villa Elite Azzuro is located in Fažana, not far from Pula and only 1.5 km from the beach in Puntizela. In its wonderful ambiance, the villa can accommodate a total of 8 people.  
The modern and new interior with large glass surfaces gives the villa a feeling of airiness and freshness. This villa is semi-detached and shares walls with its sister Elite Gialla. Both villas share a fully enclosed garden, but each villa is a self-sustaining house with its own swimming pool, strategically positioned to provide privacy for both groups of guests.  
The area around the pool is equipped with sun loungers, a dining table in the shade, and a BBQ, while behind the villa there is a playground for kids, also in the shade, allowing children to play comfortably in the afternoon without being exposed to the sun all the time.  
The villa is spacious, bright, and airy, with an open-plan ground floor that seamlessly connects the living, dining, and kitchen areas. Upstairs, there are 4 bedrooms, each with en-suite bathrooms and terraces – perfect for morning relaxation and some quiet time to yourself.  
  
The picturesque town Fažana is a popular tourist destination and a real vacation highlight in Istria. This former fishing village, near the famous city of Pula, enchants with a breathtakingly beautiful center, a pretty little harbor, colorful townhouses and amazing restaurants, which spread unique vacation flair. The lively beach promenade is also lovely, which leads to the picturesque beaches via an entertaining walk or a small bicycle tour.  
Pula is a vibrant city where history, nature, and coastal beauty blend perfectly. A visit to thePula Arena, one of the best-preserved Roman amphitheaters in the world, is a must-see, especially stunning at sunset. Wander through the Old Town, with its narrow streets lined with Roman, Venetian, and Austro-Hungarian architecture, including notable landmarks like the Temple of Augustus and the Arch of the Sergii.  
For a unique experience, take a boat tour to the Brijuni Islands, a national park offering beautiful beaches, wildlife, and historic sites, perfect for a day trip. If you're a beach lover, enjoy the scenic Verudela Beach, where you can swim and snorkel in the clear waters.  
The Pula Market is another highlight, where you can sample fresh local produce, seafood, and Istrian delicacies, offering a true taste of the region.
