Asked for the housekeeping and they responded what do you need? Too difficult to navigate since the rooms are on the top of the mountain while reataurants are near the bottom where lobby is. Many staffs don't speak English nor care to help. Foods are subpar.

Paradise Village Beach Resort and Spa
The maid did not leave towels, soap, and toilet paper some days. The pool concierge just takes your towels and clothes and moves them, and is very rude.
