We travel frequently with Airbnb & Hotels.com. I return to Hotels because normally, we are very pleased. This was not one of those times. Our check-in was very long. We had to hand over passports a few times for they couldn’t find our reservation. We asked for hotel restaurant for some lunch. The gal who helped us check in wasn’t informed that there was indeed a spot we could have more than chips, snacks, as she said. Our room was beautiful with ocean views. Bathroom sink was clogged. I asked twice for it to be fixed. When our room was cleaned they took the dirty towels but forgot to replace them. The hotel info says mini bar in room. There is not one. The service & breakfast buffet is incredible all around. We had a barbecue Dinner one night which was very nice. Staff very helpful & kind. Pool was magnificent. Swam every day. The dinner shows were amazing! Flamenco Dancers were incredible! The vibe is cruise like. The guests were either with young ones or 60+. Overall we wouldn’t return. But, we had a wonderful time overall. The nearby beaches and boat days are a must! They gave us a late check out for our troubles.
