Iberostar Waves Costa Dorada - All Inclusive
We stayed at the ibeostar in Cancun and the difference is night and day. This one in puerto plata is not well kept. The pool was dirty, paint around the hotel chipping away , food was okay. No complaints about the staff, they were all friendly and polite. I just wish the facility was up to the same ...

Emotions by Hodelpa Puerto Plata - All Inclusive
The resort was overall nice. Our room was beautiful with the pool outside, but the door was broken and hard to open. The staff were friendly and helpful. I was disappointed with the food, it was horrible!! We tried the 3 restaurants and the best one was the Mexican restaurant. I won't be back.
