Lovely hotel in a great location. Good breakfast with lots of choice. Staff are friendly and helpful. Unfortunately it smells like sewage out the front of the hotel and if your room is that side of the hotel then so does your balcony.

Staff were friendly, always smiling, informative and very welcoming. Rooms was very clean and private pool with jacuzzi feature was absolutely fantastic. There was a choice of restaurants and buffet had a wide selection of fresh, delicious variety of food to choose. Entertainment was great. Bus stop short distance to The Harbour. Complimentary room was offered and greatly appreciated for us to use before our transfer to the airport. Would visit again and all the family would highly recommend booking at this hotel. Amenities and staff superb!

Exceptional hotel!

Wir waren hier mit unserer Tochter, die fast 2 Jahre alt ist, und waren ehrlich gesagt sehr positiv überrascht. Ursprünglich hatten wir ein normales Zimmer gebucht, konnten aber gegen einen kleinen Aufpreis ein größeres Zimmer mit direktem Poolzugang und eigener Terrasse bekommen – das hat sich absolut gelohnt. Das gesamte Hotel wirkt sehr modern, stilvoll und hochwertig. Man merkt sofort, dass es ein brandneues Hotel ist. Alles ist noch neu, sauber und sehr gepflegt. Der Service war hervorragend – alle Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich, herzlich und hilfsbereit. Ein echtes Highlight war für uns das Frühstück. Es erinnert eher an das Frühstück in hochwertigen Hilton-Hotels und nicht an ein Standard-Hotelbuffet. Neben dem Buffet gibt es auch frisch zubereitete À-la-carte-Gerichte und die Qualität der Zutaten ist wirklich sehr gut. Da wir dort unseren Hochzeitstag gefeiert haben, hat uns das Hotel sogar mit einer kleinen Aufmerksamkeit überrascht, worüber wir uns sehr gefreut haben. Auch der Spa-Bereich ist wunderschön, sauber und luxuriös. Der Innenpool, die Saunen, das Eisbad und der Fitnessraum sind wirklich top. Da das Hotel eher klein und boutiqueartig ist, ist es angenehm ruhig und perfekt zum Entspannen. Wir haben uns als Familie wirklich sehr wohlgefühlt und würden definitiv wiederkommen.

Everything about the hotel was more than we expected. The staff are very friendly and always on hand. The hotel and gardens are immaculate and it is well served with public transport. Florin the restaurant manager provides a vast array of food options together with great staff. Would not hesitate to return.
