The staff was perfect, very nice and accommodating. The room had everything we needed however was not as clean as I would have expected. There was clothes and hairs left by the previous guest and the sofa bed had such an odor that we couldn’t even sit on it without the smell wafting out… The area is extremely noisy and unsafe. Maybe some thicker windows may help!

Everything was wonderful. Very clean hotel, not in the greatest of areas but inside you wouldn’t know it. Wait staff in both restaurants and coffe shop were awesome. Would definitely stay again.
