The Space:

Welcome to Prospectors Palace, a spacious Prescott retreat designed for families and groups to gather, relax and enjoy the beauty of Northern Arizona. With four bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, generous living spaces, a pool table, mountain views and comfortable outdoor areas, there's plenty of room to spend time together or find a quiet place to unwind.



Living Area:

The main living area features vaulted ceilings, comfortable seating and a large HDTV where guests can log into their favorite streaming services. Large windows bring in plenty of natural light and showcase the surrounding scenery. Wi-Fi, board games, puzzles and cards are also provided for downtime at the house.



Please note that the fireplace is decorative and not available for guest use.



Kitchen & Dining:

The fully equipped kitchen includes a gas range, oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster and coffee maker, along with cookware, dishes, utensils and basic spices and oils. The kitchen flows into the dining and gathering areas, making it easy to prepare meals while still spending time together.



Primary Bedroom:

Located on the second floor, the spacious primary suite features a king bed, ensuite bathroom, closet space, large soaking tub and walk-in shower.



Second Bedroom:

Located on the second floor, this bedroom features a queen bed and private balcony with beautiful views to the north, including the San Francisco Peaks in the distance.



Third Bedroom:

Located on the second floor and furnished with a comfortable queen bed.



Fourth Bedroom:

Located on the main floor and furnished with a queen bed.



Bathrooms:

The home features 3.5 bathrooms, including the primary ensuite, additional upstairs bathrooms and a convenient half bath on the main floor. Bath towels, washcloths, shampoo, conditioner, body wash and a hair dryer are provided.



Outdoor Living:

Step outside and enjoy the fresh mountain air, surrounding views and patio areas. A propane grill is provided for cookouts and relaxed meals at home.



Laundry:

A washer and dryer are available upstairs for guest use.



Accessibility Note:

There is one step to reach the home's front door.



Central heating and air conditioning provide year-round comfort, and the home is professionally cleaned and prepared before each stay.



Guest Access:

Guests have private access to the main vacation home and its designated outdoor areas during their stay.



Please note that there is a separate residence adjacent to the main home with a long-term tenant. The tenant uses the far side of the driveway and generally keeps to themselves. The adjacent residence is not part of the vacation rental.



The Neighborhood:

Located between Prescott and Prescott Valley, this home offers a peaceful setting while keeping you convenient to both communities.



Lynx Lake, Prescott National Forest and miles of trails and forest roads are nearby, making this a great location for hiking, biking, fishing and exploring the outdoors. Downtown Prescott and the Courthouse Square are approximately 15 minutes away, with restaurants, shopping and entertainment in Prescott Valley about 15 minutes in the opposite direction.



Getting Around:

A vehicle is recommended for this property. The central location makes it easy to explore Prescott, Prescott Valley, Lynx Lake and the surrounding Prescott National Forest.



Downtown Prescott, Whiskey Row and the Courthouse Square are approximately 15 minutes away, depending on traffic and road conditions.

Maximum Occupancy: 10 guests.



Before Booking: A long-term tenant occupies a separate residence adjacent to the main vacation home. They use the far side of the driveway and generally keep to themselves.



The fireplace is decorative and not available for guest use.



Outdoor furniture and patio areas are cleaned between stays. Because of Prescott's changing seasons, wind, pollen and native vegetation, some natural outdoor debris may accumulate between cleanings.



Early check-in or late check-out may be available depending on the reservation calendar and cleaning schedule. Additional fees may apply.



Reservation alteration requests should be submitted at least 14 days before the original arrival date and are subject to approval.



Additional guest or pet fees may apply when applicable. Guests are responsible for accurately reporting the number of guests and any pets included with the reservation.
