Our home is in a quiet neighborhood. Keep outside noise to a respectful level, particularly before 8 AM and after 9 PM.
To help reduce light pollution and minimize lights being left on when not in use, back porch lights are on a timer.

We had a wonderful stay at this lovely home in Prescott! The property was spotless, beautifully maintained, and had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing visit. The views were stunning, and the peaceful setting made it the perfect retreat. We even spotted deer and wild boars right in the backyard — such a fun surprise for the whole family! Spending Christmas here was truly special, and we couldn’t have asked for a better place to make lasting memories. Highly recommend this home for anyone looking for a quiet getaway surrounded by nature!

Beautiful space, wonderful neighborhood, responsive host. Would stay here again! The view was lovely and perfect for enjoying the morning sunrise. Floor plan was great for us and loved the common gathering areas.

Wonderful stay! The house was perfect for our group. Very spacious, clean and decorated so nicely. Our group of 55 year olds all loved playing shuffle board and the guys enjoyed the video games. The view out back is beautiful! We enjoyed dining al fresco on the deck while the sun set and even got to see some wildlife. The communication from hosts was outstanding as well.

Gorgeous view and great for multi generations!

We had a 3 generation group stay for ERAU graduation. First and foremost, the view was breathtaking! The house had a great layout and was accessible for grandparents who had mobility challenges. The kitchen, living, recreation and outdoor spaces were fantastic. We had some quality time sitting on the outdoor deck and playing games in the game area. Beds and bedding were very comfortable. The location was close to downtown Prescott and very close to Prescott National Forest. We were able to explore some fun places. Would 10/10 recommend and stay again.

Cousin Crew Celebration Trip

The property was exactly as pictured! Absolutely beautiful, wonderfully laid out and in a great location. With three families and kids of various ages this home provided the space for everyone to bond, but also have a fun zone (game room) and chill zone. While we enjoyed adventuring we never felt like we needed to get out of the house, the views just made it so enjoyable. The hosts reached out to make sure everything was going well, they helped us when we couldn’t figure certain things out, and checked in on our time. It is the most I have ever had a host communicate during a stay. I would absolutely recommend this place to any family, or a group of families with kids of different ages.

LADIES GETAWAY WEEKEND

Lookout lodge was our weekend getaway for my Mother's 65th birthday. From the very start communication with Sodeth and Erin was great. This property is beautiful, spacious, very clean and the view was amazing! We had a group of 9 ladies and we definitely had plenty of room for everyone. We loved it! Beautiful Home and Location

This home is perfect for large groups. The large living space is great for all to gather and hang out. The views from the large windows are spectacular. Having a gas BBQ worked well for our carnivore way of eating. The game room downstairs is wonderful. The kids and adults loved all the games and puzzles available. The host was easy to work with and accommodating.
