Being a restored 1920s home, it is only a few blocks from Downtown. It has been fully remodeled and thoughtfully furnished with a vintage charm, while having all the amenities of a modern home. It may be small, but it’s mighty! Being 400 sq ft, it has all the amenities of a large home. It has a full kitchen with all the essentials, the most darling kitchen nook, a living room equipped with a smart tv, a bathroom with a walk-in shower, a bedroom with a comfortable queen sized bed and a closet, a fenced front patio, with a washer and dryer! The couch in the living room pulls out into a queen sized bed, which makes this home perfect for a family with small children. And did I mention that it’s Pet friendly!?! The Downtown Daisy sits on one of Prescott’s oldest roads. Being only a few blocks from Whiskey Row, yet only a 5 minute drive from many hiking and biking trails, this is a rare opportunity where you truly get the best of both worlds! It’s tucked away from the main road, nestled behind one of our other homes. But don’t worry, you will still have plenty of privacy! \*note: the front home is another listing of ours called “Downtown Birdie”. The driveway is shared. We wish to respect your privacy, however we live locally incase you need anything! GPS should take you right to this home with no problems. When you arrive and turn into the dirt driveway, your designated parking spot will be at the very end of the driveway. There is only one parking spot designed for this home, however there is additional street parking just around the corner. •There are a small flight of stairs leading to the property •Looking to surprise your friend or significant other?
