"Sabe quando você não tem expectativa, pois reservou em cima da hora? Foi isso que aconteceu, e quando chegamos eles entregaram tudo e ainda deram um show de hospitalidade. O hotel é uma delícia, super bem localizado e preparado. O café da manhã, um dos melhores que já tomamos na vida! Muitas opções de queijos, pães, frutas… E o mais importante, que nos fez reservar e nos fará voltar, aceitam animais. Jerônimo não só foi aceito como foi bem tratado. "Property was clean and the staff is nice. Location is great. No parking. Plates and cups need replacement, some were broken. Internet very poor during all our stay. Breakfast area needs improvement (richaud has no place to hold the cover, very hard to serve with only two hands. Same for sugar and other accessories). Some faucets were leaking. Curtain is not blackout, very bright early in the morning. Annoying noise from outside, very disturbing to sleep. Some points we are mentioning just...

"Pretty old property. Staff was very friendly. We never had anyone clean our room so we just set our trash outside the room. It was there for days. Basically a motel 6!"

"A stunning resort with immediate access to the beach (beach service IS included so that alone makes this the BEST hotel in all of Jurere!). Great staff, clean comfortable suites, most have great views. Pools are amazing. Personally, we found that there were too many children. This is a very family friendly resort so it should have been expected but yes, there are hundreds of children roaming around and in the pools, including the deep adults pools. Not a problem, this is how locals like to vacation. Also, we were told outside beverages were not allowed but we saw people by the pool with coolers and glass bottles, i don't care about the outside beer but PLEASE do not allow people to bring glass bottles to the pool. Perfectly located next to the beach, next to the OPEN commercial area, tons of amazing, wonderful food. A stunning place, pricey but it's the only place that has such convenient access to the beach and world class swimming pools. We did not have breakfast here, it is incredibly overpriced, but there are tons of great and delicious breakfast options within a 5 min walk. NOTE: This is NOT a "Hotel", this is a resort so if you stay here you are basically renting out someone's condo. Not an issue, it's truly a stunning resort. "

"The hotel grounds were beautiful and well kept. The room was decent but the bed was a bit too firm. I like the decor and layout of the room, with a small kitchenette. The front desk staff were very helpful. The breakfast was good but can use some more variety. I would not hesitate to stay here again if the price is reasonable. "
