We had a fantastic stay. The location was unbeatable—just a few minutes walk from Charles bridge and tram station, yet the room was surprisingly quiet. Having a fully equipped kitchenette was a game-changer for breakfast before heading out to explore. The staff were incredibly helpful with local restaurant recommendations. If you want the convenience of a hotel with the space of an apartment, this is it. Will definitely be back!

Great location. We stayed on the top floor towards the front (unit 7) and can’t even list everything you can see from the windows. Street parking was easy to find, and the onsite restaurant was terrific, including a vegetarian meal that was super special. Walked to Charles bridge to watch the sunrise, gorgeous.

Nothing short of extraordinary

This place is amazing! It is run by a family - everything well organized, staff nice and responsive to all your requests. The room is very clean, and well-maintained. You have a kitchenette with all the utensils needed. The apartment is full of historic details, like the beautiful 300-year old doors with equally old door locks. Fresh and tasty breakfast is brought to your door steps in a basket in the morning for an extra price (BTW very reasonable). Location is superb. One does not even has to leave the room to be able to shot beautiful post card-like pictures of the Hradčany castle. Calm, quiet and relaxing. I am so glad I found this place which made my few spring vacation days in a beautiful Prague even more special!

This property is wonderful! Very clean and spacious, and also beautifully decorated. It’s also close to all the main sightseeing experiences, plus it has an amazing restaurant within the building that serves delicious food at very reasonable prices. In terms of checking in, Eva my contact there was extremely helpful beforehand helping us to arrange parking for our time there. All in all this place has a great score on all its platforms for good reasons! I almost want to keep it a secret!! We had a party of 5 people and they all loved this place!!

Great hospitality

The hotel was very accommodating about me checking in late and helping me get what I need to get to my room. Very detailed instructions and the rooms were equipped with everything we needed. The view was gorgeous and being in the city was so close to everything. The building itself has so much history and i was very happy to stay there. I’ll make sure I stay there again when I come back.

Best Location and Services

Just perfect with the views out the window and the kitchen all stocked up to make breakfast before we went out for the day. Just lovely. In the afternoon open up all the windows watch the people go by and enjoy a glass of wine.

Gorgeous apartments- perfect location.

Beautiful property. All other stays in our 5 week journey were not even close. You will be surprised when you walk in to your apartment on how lovely it is. We had the two bedroom apartment. Location is also perfect and it has AC. Highly recommend.

We stayed in the two bedroom apartment for three nights in July and had a wonderful stay. You may think that the staff would recommend the restaurant due to obligation, but it was excellent as well - both food and service. Staff arranged train transportation for us and the excellent basket-delivered breakfast and accommodated all requests. Stairs may be a problem for guests with limited mobility, but we look forward to visiting again when we are fortunate enough to return to beautiful and enchanting Prague!

Hidden Gem!

This was probably the most enjoyable place we stayed during our trip to Germany and ended it in Prague. A large apartment rental with 2 BRs, right down the hill from the Prague Castle. Walk out from the hotel and you're in front of St. Nicholas Church, and in the middle of dining and shopping. About a quarter mile from the Charles Bridge and into the city center. Tons of things to see and do. We only had a couple days but could easily spend a week exploring. Would highly recommend Residence U Mecanase! They only have a few rooms, but get one if you can.
