Great hotel in the center of where you want to be. I was hesitant when we first walked into the lobby (as it's darkly lit). After our first night, all hesitations were gone. Clean property, central, plentiful breakfast, wonderful staff in the main floor lobby. I recommend this property without hesitation for a couple's stay.

Excellently situated; VERY clean; the room was comfortable, well-appointed and very well looked-after; the staff were cheery and helpful. The elevator was a bit slow, but if that's all you can complain about, you've had a great time! 3 of us stayed in a 2-bed family room on the top floor. Very highly recommended.

Room was clean staff was great Fat cat restaurant was great. The only thing I would say is the pillows sucked. They didn’t seem like they were even pillows. But other than that everything was great. Perfect location.

We had a wonderful stay! The hotel was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. We especially appreciated the convenience of the online check-in, which made the arrival process quick and easy. The location was great, and the room was comfortable and well maintained. The staff were nice and helpful, but the smooth online check-in and overall convenience really made our stay enjoyable. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel!

Great location very conveniently located a couple of minute walk from the astronomical clock and old town square. The rooms were large, clean. Overall a really great stay. Deducted one star for one really negative interaction with a staff member who was very rude when I asked if we could get a refresh on towels and toilet paper since we had been staying in the room for several days and had declined housekeeping. Otherwise great.

Great location, walking distance to everything. The A/C was very cold. We had a room on the top floor, so the ceiling was at an angle on the one side. This made the shower very difficult and a little small. I am 5'2" and I struggled to fit under the shower head without having to bend down. Other than that, the room was great, the hotel was very clean. We did not hear any noise at all from the downstairs restaurant.

My daughter and I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Palác U Kočků during our girls’ trip to Prague. The staff were exceptional, making us feel very welcome as we arrived hours before check in. Our room was incredibly spacious, comfortable, and perfect for relaxing after a day of sightseeing. The hotel’s central location made it easy to explore Prague, shop, and enjoy the city’s beautiful atmosphere.
