The location of this hotel is absolutely fabulous, right in the centre of Old Town with shops, restaurants, and 'life' all around it. Old Town Square is about a three minute walk and even the upscale shopping districts and Wenceslas Square are less than a half hour walk, the Charles Bridge and access to everything on the other side of the river are just as close. The staff was great, shout out to Vlad on the front desk, and the fellow who checked us in on our first night. We never saw any cleaning staff but our room was done immacuately every day (we stayed 5 nights). The included breakfast could not have been better, lots of variety and tables outside to enjoy the ambience of the street. We couldn't be happier with our stay in Prague and with this hotel. Five stars!!

Excellent location right in the heart of the old town. Perfect for early morning walk when the streets are quiet and you have Prague to yourself. Loved the character of the hotel and the beds were super comfortable. Would definitely stay there again!!
