We like the hotel so much. Room, bathroom nicely cleaned, no any problems. Staff was very helpful 24/7, breakfast exelent, all you can eat, fresh and many variety. Even girls around breakfast room taked the place absolutely clean. Thank you for the service and we'll use hotel again.

Excellent accommodations all around, my wife and I stayed for one night and our only complaint was that we didn't have more time. We stayed on the 4th floor and had a great view of St. Charles Bridge.

We were able to check in early- thank you. The apartment was very spacious and clean and had a washing machine which was very appreciated. The location is central to everything- Prague Castle, Charles Bridge and a 15 minute walk to Old Town. Excellent value with lots of restaurants and pubs nearby. There was also a mini market close by which helped us stay on budget. My only suggestion would be T towels for the kitchen.

Fantastic location at the foot of the Charles Bridge! Our apartment was fully stocked and super clean. Staff was so helpful and friendly. The full breakfast buffet was varied and well stocked ketchup hot and cold selections. Highly recommend!

Location was fabulous. Right next to the Charles Bridge. Breakfast was included and it was delicious. The room is small but historic and the a/c was adequate but it was a record heat wave so have to take that into consideration. I would definitely stay here again of I make it back to Prague.

A beautiful hotel in the absolute best setting. It's at the very end of The Charles Bridge, so could not be in a better location. We were in room 31 which has dual aspect windows overlooking the bridge and the front of the hotel. The ceiling of our room was beamed, and beautifully painted historically with fruit and flowers. We had a huge bedroom, bathroom, and an entrance area with large wardrobe, writing desk and a bureau (this was pretty but a chest of drawers for clothes would have been handier). The room was air-conditioned, which was one of those units that goes through the window. The hotel was beautifully maintained, with pretty window boxes. There is no lift and it was about 50 steps to our room, but it wasn't a problem at all for us. The staff are happy to help with luggage. The breakfast was great. We didn't eat other meals at the hotel as we were out and about, but I'm sure they were good. The staff were friendly.

This hotel was outstanding as far as location with all attractions . Just outside the door from Charles Bridge . We rented an apartment option . A great choice for comfort . Loved having the kitchen and dishwasher and washer . Breakfast included was exceptional . Would stay here again . Staff were friendly and helpful .
