Some of the lights didn't work, the walls looked like they needed a fresh paint job, missing pieces of molding. Additionally each day our bed sheets were made, but never changed. We had dropped a drink on the sheets and the same sheets were kept throughout the whole stay. Very ecological, but definitely not a 4\*.
