Very nice location, lot of eateries near by and good transport links. Easy to walk to the city square. Just the noise levels are too high to sleep at nights sometimes, especially with ambulance and police sirens.

Decent, but with drawbacks
Mostly clean, but a bit of mold in the bathroom. Comfy beds but thin walls. Not well insulated, but good at keeping noise from roads out

You get what you pay for. It was an overall good experience. Staff was friendly/did their job. Hallway was loud @9am with kids running and screaming. Room is relatively small but bathroom is nice. Was very clean. Hallway and room with window opened smelled like cigarettes.
