Please be aware that elderly residents live in the building. Absolute quiet is required at all times during your stay. Parties are strictly forbidden in the apartment.

The air conditioning may only be used during hot summer days. In winter, please use the standard heating and ventilate the apartment manually.

⚠️ **Failure to follow these rules may result in a fine or immediate eviction from the apartment without any refund. We take these rules very seriously to ensure a respectful and peaceful environment for everyone in the building. ⚠️

In case of loss of the keys from the apartment or smoking inside the apartment, we are entitled to the payment of 100 euro for the incurred complications.

When staying in short-term accommodations in Czechia, guests are required to pay a city tax of 50 Kč per person per night. This tax applies to all guests over the age of 18 and is governed by Act No. 565/1990 Sb., on Local Fees.
Fine for smoking - 500 EUR.
Fine for parties and noise from 22:00 to 08:00 - 500 EUR
