Hotel is centrally located and housecleaning is excellent. There ends the good stuff. First night room unbearable hot and staff could not turn down the heat. A/c turned on and dripped water on my bed. Internet spotty reception and staff could not fix. Next day moved to another room. After my son plugged the computer in the new room the connection shorted and according to the computer repair man both the charger and the motherboard were fried. Staff denied any responsibility in spite of Experian advocating for us, Old property not properly maintained The computer was 7 mos old and the loss was $800!! Do not Recommend

Close to where all the touristic sites are. Great service from the guy that did my check in ( sadly I forgot his name). He was helpful all the time and with great customer skills. Couldn’t ask for a better service and treatment.

The Cloisters Inn was it's usual excellents. Staff are good, place is good, breakfast good and it is clean. Having stayed there a number of times, it never disappoints. Will definitely be staying there in the future.

The cloister inn was clean and quiet. The breakfast was excellent and the price of the room parking and breakfast was very reasonable. Located walking distance from all things Prague. Highly recommend this hotel if you are on a budget and don’t need fancy. We will stay again
