Inside the apartment, the living room features a comfortable pull-out sofa (sleeps 2), a dining table with extra seating, and a cozy library with books for a relaxed evening. You’ll also have strong, reliable WiFi for work or streaming. The peaceful bedroom has a comfortable king size bed. There’s a fully equipped kitchen corner with essentials for cooking simple meals at home. The bathroom includes a shower, and there’s a separate toilet for extra convenience.

Located in the Vinohrady ✕ Žižkov area—one of Prague’s most beloved neighborhoods—you’ll enjoy a mix of local life, cafés, parks, and authentic atmosphere, away from heavy tourist crowds but still very central. Jiřího z Poděbrad Square (farmers markets, cafes) is a 5–7 minute walk, Riegrovy Sady Park (views, beer garden, sunsets) is a 5 minute walk, and the Main Train Station (Hlavní nádraží) is about a 15 minute walk or 5–7 minutes by tram. Old Town / City Center is around a 25 minute walk, about 10 minutes by tram, or roughly 5 minutes by Uber.
We kindly ask that you observe the following guidelines to ensure a pleasant stay for all guests and neighbours.

Kindly note:

* Bed linen, towels, and final cleaning are included in the price.
* A local tourist tax of CZK 50 (€2) per adult, per night is required by the City of Prague. This fee is collected separately and is payable in cash upon arrival.

House Rules

* No Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited anywhere inside the apartment.
* No Parties or Events: The apartment is located in a residential building and is intended for quiet stays. It is best suited to couples, families, or business travellers.
* Registered Guests Only: Only guests included in the reservation are permitted to stay overnight at the property.
* Quiet Hours: Please respect our neighbours by keeping noise to a minimum between 9:00 pm and 7:00 am.

Late Check-in

A late check-in fee applies for arrivals outside our standard check-in hours:

* €20 for arrivals between 8:00 pm and 10:00 pm
* €30 for arrivals after 10:00 pm

The fee is payable in cash to the representative who welcomes you upon arrival.
