Fausto was communicative and helpful leading up to our arrival and at check-in- we were sorry that we did not speak Italian to be able to talk with him more easily. He directed us to the covered parking, which was very convenient, as we could just leave the car there rather than navigate the usual hill town streets. The apartment was wonderful- nicely decorated, clean, spacious, comfortable bed, quite usable kitchen- and convenient to the city center. Fausto left extensive information about the area and sights, as well as a nice bottle of wine. I am not sure why the questions about the vineyard come up in the VRBO review form- we did not see a vineyard. But we had a great stay. My husband commented on the excellent coffee in the apartment each day. I would recommend this place to anyone who wants to experience Orvieto and enjoys exploration on foot. Orvieto was one of our favorite places on this trip through Umbria and Tuscany."
