She consistently went above and beyond and made us feel like valued guests rather than just another room number. I’d also like to recognize the incredible breakfast team. We loved this property. It is quirky and fun, very different from anywhere we've stayed in the US. The staff were very helpful and nice and breakfast was a great perk. The room pools are beautiful but we didn't see anyone using them. They are very cold. We were there mid September so the days were still very warm. I guess we just thought if they had them then they would be warm enough to use. There is also a very strong scent (industrial air freshener) in the common areas. 95% won't care but for those with sensitivity to strong scents, you may want to take this into consideration or bring allergy medicine, etc. Just a recommendation for the property. We came from Santorini with all the beautiful flowers and landscaping. More flowers, bushes and trees where the rooms overlook the property would be a good addition! It's a little desolate in comparison to the overall property design.
