Location: excellent location, 200 meters from the sea and close to all services; apartment located in a new residential complex, with parking space, elevator and green areas.  
  
Description: three-room apartment on the third floor with elevator. Entrance onto large living area with sofa, dining table - separate kitchenette with dishwasher - terrace equipped with outdoor armchairs, table and chairs where you can eat outside - master bedroom with double bed and balcony - second bedroom with bunk bed and single bed - full bathroom with shower and washing machine.  
  
Private and reserved parking space inside the condominium courtyard. Pets not allowed.
