Easy walking distance to great shops and restaurants as well as public transit connections, so car not necessary, but if you do bring one parking is very convenient. Very comfortable bed and fantastic soaking tub! Do be aware if you have mobility issues that it’s a taller step up and over than a standard bathtub. The bed was very comfortable, the bathroom spacious, the kitchen modern and well-equipped. It had everything we needed including privacy, proximity to New Seasons Natural Grocery Store, Safeway, restaurants, hardware store, and our grandkids! A heat pump kept the space warm for us and will also cool it down in the summer. Chrysalis and Mark were responsive to our inquiries and ready to help when needed. The one gentleman could not get comfortable in his bed in living room. The toilet ran which bothered my brother. I could not get him to write a review but he told me he liked the location, the fact that he could hear children playing he appreciated the conversations. I would imagine they were not easy on you either. I hate to think I will get a bad review because of their rigidity. Originally, my brother and daughter were going to be there and then plans changed to add his friend instead of my daughter. So It made it more difficult. Sorry. ##### Derianna M. We enjoyed the neighborhood, the fact that it is quiet and the fact that the cottage is well appointed and roomy.
