On the ground floor, the spacious common area integrates the living and dining room, equipped with air conditioning. The space features a three-seater sofa and TV, ideal for relaxing moments. The modern, fully equipped kitchen is perfect for culinary enthusiasts.



Also on this floor, there is a service bathroom, a common bathroom with a shower, and three bedrooms: two double rooms with air conditioning and spacious wardrobes, and a twin room, also air-conditioned, with elegant furniture.



On the first floor, there are two double rooms, both with air conditioning and spacious wardrobes, as well as a common bathroom. On the top floor, there is a twin room with two comfortable beds and a private bathroom with a shower.



The exterior invites leisure, with a sparkling pool and a barbecue area perfect for outdoor meals.

It is not necessary to rent a car, but if you prefer, we will be happy to help you with the reservation upon request. We can also help organize transfers if needed.



If your flights are already booked or your dates are fixed and do not respect the property's change day, before proceeding with the reservation, please send us an information request so we can confirm if your dates can be accepted.



Pool heating is always an added value for your vacation, especially when traveling with children. With pool heating activated, the water temperature will always be between 5°C and 8°C above what it would be without heating.



The change day for this property is Thursday (however, there may be flexibility during the low season).



Group deposit: €200 per person (payment by credit/debit card).

A reservation handling, insurance, and filing fee of 2.9% will be applied to the total amount of all payments: reservation values (deposit and final balance), deposit, transfer, extras, and excursions. Please note that this fee is non-refundable, including for the deposit.



Prices are for up to 12 people.

From the 13th to the 16th person, an additional fee will be charged that includes an additional bed (only €126 each, per week) or, in the case of small children (babies/toddlers), a crib (only €21 each, per week).



According to current legislation, tourism taxes may be applied.
