We had a wonderful stay. The room was spotless, comfortable and well maintained, with a beautiful view of the sea and beach. The staff were exceptionally friendly, attentive and always ready to help. The location was excellent, and the whole experience exceeded our expectations. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!

Me and my brother really enjoy our stay in Portimão. Especially Clara who was the first staff we met on our first day and the rest of the staff were really friendly and made our stay enjoyable. Really recommend this place if you want to be walking distance from the pitch and you don’t mind the noise during the night.

The hotel was great, perfectly situated, and all the staff where excellent, friendly and helpful. The room was spotless with a lovely balcony and a partial seaview. The only downfall, which is not the hotels fault, is the noise in the local vicinity, which can go on until 4am on most nights.

Let’s just start off by saying this place is LOUD!!! It’s right on the strip across from a bar that does music until 3 am every night! I am young and fun, not this fun. The balcony doors do a decent job but doesn’t cut it at those hours - BRING EAR PLUGS (though they gave me some cheap ones). I unfortunately had to move because one night was terrible enough. Location is great in portimao; however far from Lagos (45 mins and $40 uber) I probably could’ve used the train but didn’t fit my needs. Right in the walking strip in front of a beach with a few smaller beaches down the road with shops. All restaurants appear to be mostly tourist traps. Room had a great balcony view, that sour beach smell. I will say best AC of the trip I was actually freezing in here. Staff nice but not much they can do based on location of this hotel.

Great Location with Lots of Potential I really enjoyed my stay here, and I have to say the location is one of the best things about this hotel. It’s incredibly convenient and gives guests a great opportunity to explore the area. The check-in staff and cleaning staff were absolutely lovely — friendly, welcoming, and helpful, which made my stay feel much more pleasant. I do think the rooms could use a refresh. The location is such a strong selling point, and I believe that updating the interiors would make the hotel even more appealing to tourists. The rooms have so much potential, but a fresher, more modern interior would really elevate the overall experience. The beds in particular were not the most comfortable and could definitely benefit from an update. I also felt that the walls in my bathroom were in need of some refreshing. A few small guest-experience touches could also make a big difference. For example, offering complimentary bottles of water would be a thoughtful addition, especially for tourists arriving after travelling. I would also strongly recommend advertising the hotel’s shuttle service more prominently. It’s a fantastic option for guests, and I think many more people would choose to stay here if they knew about it. Expanding the shuttle service to popular areas such as the marina could be an even bigger selling point. My overall experience was great and I would visit again! Obrigada!

I found the staff to be really lovely, very friendly, welcoming and helpful. I didn't realise how loud it would be at night, until late. I actually got used to it but i wouldn't recommend to anyone who has an issue with noise at night! I would've felt better if i could just hear one bar playing music but there was a mash of 4 or 5 bars, so pretty incomprehensible. It's a great position for the beach and for cafes and restaurants, and if you like to get lost in the crowd.

The bed was extremely hard and uncomfortable. And the Wi-Fi did not work. The AC worked extremely well though and the staff was super accommodating and nice and let us sit and use the Wi-Fi in the breakfast area of the lobby. The shower wasn’t great because it was a little hand held spout. The hotel lost cold water for a day. Good value for what I paid for but it wasn’t the best place ever.
