Property comprises: 1 bedroom with double bed, a living room with kitchenette, 1 sofa bed in the living room with chaise longue, air conditioning in the living room and bedroom (cold and hot), 1 bathroom, TV in the living room (NOS system) and WI-FI and a balcony with table and chairs, to enjoy your holidays. At a short distance from the apartment, there are bars, nightclubs, restaurants, commercial areas, etc. In the building itself, there is a supermarket where you can do your holiday shopping. It is FORBIDDEN the entry of any type of external service providers in the local accommodation. NOTE: Only 4 people are allowed (including adults, children, and babies). \- A deposit of EUR 400 is required upon arrival. The deposit will be charged as a credit card payment, Revolut or advance bank transfer.
