Situated just 120 metres from the beach. Composed of entrance hall, fully equipped kitchenette, living room with double sofa bed and bedroom with two single beds that can be transformed into a double bed. Air conditioning (hot and cold), cable TV and WI-FI. The bedroom and living room have access to a balcony with sea view, to enjoy your holidays. A short distance from the apartment there are bars, nightclubs, restaurants, commercial areas, etc. The apartment has a parking space in the building's basement. NOTE: Only 4 people are allowed (including adults, children and babies). \- A deposit of EUR 400 is required upon arrival. The deposit will be charged as a payment by credit card, Revolut or advance bank transfer. The deposit refund will be made up to 3 days after check-out, after a complete inspection and cleaning of the accommodation. PORTIMÃO TOURIST TAX: According to applicable municipal legislation from 14 March 2024 for all bookings, guests must pay in cash at check-in: \- In high season (01/04 to 31/10) 2€ per person, per night. \- In low season (1/11 to 31/03) 1€ per person, per night.
