About this property

Apartment Praia Rocha Varandas Orchid

  • 1-bedroom apartment for holidays on the first line of Praia da Rocha beach, fully furnished and equipped. Located in a condominium with 2 swimming pools. Sea view and only 40 m from the beach sand.



    Property comprising: entrance hall, bathroom with bathtub, bedroom with double bed and built-in wardrobe, living room with double sofa bed and air conditioning (hot and cold), equipped kitchenette.

    Living room and bedroom with balcony - Sea and beach view.

    WI-FI Internet and TV (MEO Fibre system).



    It has a parking space in the Building's garage (included in the price).



    NOTE: Only 4 people are allowed (including adults, children and babies).



    It is PROHIBITED for any type of external service providers to enter the local accommodation.



    - A deposit of EUR 400 is required at the time of arrival. The deposit will be charged as a credit card payment, Revolut or advance bank transfer. The deposit refund will be made within 3 days after check-out, following a full inspection and cleaning of the accommodation.



    TOURIST TAX IN PORTIMÃO:

    In accordance with municipal legislation applicable from 14 March 2024 to all reservations, guests must pay in cash at check-in:

    - In high season (01/04 to 31/10) €2 per person, per night.

    - In low season (1/11 to 31/03) €1 per person, per night.



    Obs:

    - The rate is limited to a maximum of 7 consecutive nights per stay, being charged only to guests aged 13 years or over.



    - Water, electricity and gas consumption expenses (if applicable) are included within the normal parameters of conscious use. Meter readings are taken at check-in and check-out to calculate consumption for the reservation period in question (whenever different from 30 days, the corresponding calculation is made).

    Any consumption that exceeds the included value must be settled by guests with NURIS2U on the day before departure, in cash.

    Included values for electricity and water in each 30-day reservation according to accommodation type:

    T1: Electricity - 130 Kwhs and Water - 6 m³.

    Should the excess not be settled, the company reserves the right to deduct it from the deposit value.

Excelente relação custo/benefício. O apartamento estava limpo e organizado à chegada e com um cheiro agradável. Equipamentos e utensílios de cozinha mais que suficientes para estadias mais longas. Lugar de estacionamento privado na garagem. Perto de tudo, cafés bares,restaurantes, praias, intermarche à porta, muito bem localizado. Staff com quem tive contacto todos 5 estrelas. Esperamos poder experimentar os outros apartamentos disponíveis.
