"The staff were so helpful and nothing was too much.ch trouble. The food was excellent, a highlight being breakfast on the terrace with a beautiful view out to sea. The bedroom was very comfortable with an excellent bathroom as well."

"Just returned from a three night stay, everything was as great as it could be, helpful friendly people, nothing was too much trouble. Our only criticism is their sister hotel could do with some staff training, service was as good as being at fawlty towers. However idle rocks was perfect !!"

The friendly and discreet hosts are always happy to help with any questions or problems. The property is situated above a valley, with a charming footpath leading through the woods down to the beach. If you’re looking for peace, nature, and relaxation, this is the perfect place."

"The beach was beautiful. The décor has a slightly shabby chic style, although some areas could do with updating. We only stayed for one night, but we would definitely come back again. The location is excellent."

"A return visit. The property is ideally located just a short walk from the centre of St Mawes. It comes with a parking place too which is a real bonus. It was very clean and has everything needed. The only slight negative is the poor shower."
